Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Role Overview: This position involves conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members as a physician (MD/DO) contractor. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive in-home assessments focusing on health, well-being, and potential barriers to care. Review medication and medical history, conduct physical evaluations, and document findings using pre-populated forms. Identify health concerns without prescribing medication or altering treatment plans. Schedule and complete visits independently, with flexibility to work on a short-term or long-term basis. Provide additional diagnostic or preventive testing where applicable. Qualifications & Skills: State medical license required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to engage patients one-on-one in their homes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, with no night shifts required. Independent contractor (1099) status, malpractice coverage provided, and some regions offer paid collaborative physician roles. Compensation & Benefits: Earn up to $3,000-$5,000 weekly, with potential for increased pay through market multiplier and pay-per-test models. Average 6-9 visits daily, with additional incentives based on availability. Expenses such as airfare, hotel, and rental car may be covered depending on eligibility.
