Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in‑person supervision. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $80,000–$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 sign on bonus . Your Role & Impact as a BCBA Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in‑person engagement Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in‑person visits Develop and implement assent‑based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress Maintain high‑quality clinical services through regular supervision and data‑driven decision‑making Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required or graduate from a Master’s program in ABA.
