Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a longevity-oriented Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) located in Baltimore or general Maryland area (remote is ok for now but must be licensed in Maryland). In this role, you will serve as the clinical architect of our clients' health optimization journeys, moving entirely away from conventional "symptom management" and focusing deeply on disease reversal.

You will collaborate to create comprehensive diagnostic assessments, interpret complex functional biomarkers, and formulate personalized care plans that seamlessly integrate functional medicine, advanced supplementation, and targeted peptide therapeutics (including weight-loss and anti-aging protocols). Working alongside an aligned wellness team, you will empower clients to reverse metabolic dysfunction, achieve structural weight optimization, and unlock vibrant aging and aging prevention or slowing with an aim to reverse or slow biological aging.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Diagnosis & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying pathology, metabolic dysfunction, and upstream drivers of chronic conditions.
• Biomarker & Bloodwork Evaluation: Work with clinical team to determine appropriate laboratory testing, order comprehensive blood panels.
• Willingness to learn advanecd biomarkersL You will work with our proprietary intervention methods to interpret advanced biomarkers (including metabolic, lipid, hormonal, and functional markers) to establish precise patient baselines and track objective clinical progress.
• Medical Supervision & Soundness: Oversee all patient interventions to ensure strict medical soundness, reviewing medical histories for contraindications and ensuring protocols align with safe, evidence-based practices.
• Longevity & Peptide Prescribing: Safely prescribe, titrate, and monitor advanced clinical protocols, including medical weight-loss peptides (e.g., GLP-1 agonists) and targeted anti-aging/cellular repair peptides, managing adjustments based on follow-up bloodwork.
• Care Coordination: Maintain accurate, compliant electronic health records (EHR) and provide medical clearance/oversight to internal nutritionists and wellness consultants executing the lifestyle components of the care plan.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted license in good standing as an MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of California with prescriptive authority.
• Clinical Nutrition Focus: Aninterest or formal training in Functional Medicine, Age-Management/Longevity Medicine, and/or Clinical Nutrition / Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Certifications through IFM, A4M, or specialized nutrition bodies are highly preferred.
• Diagnostic & Clinical Excellence: Strong clinical reasoning skills with an innate curiosity for investigating complex, multi-system chronic issues (e.g., insulin resistance, cardiovascular risk, hormonal imbalances).
• Peptide & Longevity Familiarity: Knowledge of, or a strong desire to be trained in, the clinical application of weight-loss and anti-aging peptide protocols.
• Communication & Professionalism: Exceptional patient communication and education skills with a compassionate, patient-centric approach to care. Complete comfort navigating modern EHR platforms and coordinating client treatment schedules effectively.
