Grow Our Own (GO2) - Industrial Sales Development Program GO2 is our 12‑to‑18‑month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training, hands‑on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full‑time sales role in an assigned territory.
