Marketplace Operations Manager

Owning visit delivery for key client programs, the full-time remote Marketplace Operations Manager II will manage operational performance, optimize staffing strategies, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance marketplace outcomes. Key responsibilities Own marketplace performance outcomes, including SLA attainment and staffing health for assigned client programs Develop and implement operational data analytics and reporting to drive recommendations and actions Lead new-client implementations and ensure supply readiness for program launches Required qualifications Experience in end-to-end operational performance within a marketplace or two-sided platform environment Strong data fluency with hands-on experience in SQL, Looker, and Excel Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships Strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect day-to-day operations to broader business goals Experience authoring operational procedures and playbooks
