As a Certified Nurse Aide for Homeland HomeCare, you would contribute to our community of caring by providing direct support to clients and assisting them with their daily activities.

Homeland HomeCare provides a full range of non-medical services that are customized to meet the individual needs of our clients, with emphasis on companionship, comfort, and independence.

• We are currently hiring for first and second shifts, full time, part-time, or per diem.
• This position requires a valid Pennsylvania CNA license, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and reliable internet access.

As Homeland HomeCare's CNA you would provide specialized care, personal care, and housekeeping/companion services to clients in the home, or other environments where the client resides, following an established individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Our CNAs provide care and comfort to clients by assisting with ADLs and monitoring clients through observation, documentation, and reporting of any changes.

CNA Requirements include:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Minimum of one year of direct client care experience in an institutional or home care setting required, with community health/home care experience preferred.

Licensure, Registration, and Certification Requirements:

• Current certification as a CNA in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements and agency policy.
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Maintains current CPR certification.
• Access to reliable internet access.
