Software Engineer Lead (Java Full Stack Developer)

Position Overview As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC’s Commercial & Institutional Banking (C&IB) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX. Your responsibilities include creating and leading technical design and development of software solutions, proposing and designing solutions to address complex business needs, preparing technical documentation, facilitating complex problem resolution, providing technical guidance and support to colleagues, reviewing code and testing, and applying modern principles and tools to advance business initiatives.
