Assembler - 1st Shift

Overview Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms. This position requires precision and skill, as you will be working in a cleanroom environment using a microscope and small hand tools to assemble intricate components. Responsibilities Assemble small components, such as coiling wire and small tubing, using a microscope and hand tools. Work primarily in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards. Perform tasks involving fine motor skills and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality output and efficiency. Essential Skills Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods. Proficient in using small hand tools. Capability to work long hours in a cleanroom environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications No prior experience required; training will be provided. For R&D Assemblers, experience in medical devices, particularly catheters, is preferred. Skills with using measuring equipment such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers. Additional Information Monday through Saturday, 5:00am start time on 1st Shift. Currently they are hiring employees, and most will need to currently work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Average hours worked are 45 to 55 hours a week position. Will work 8-12 hour days Monday through Friday and 8-10 hour days on Saturday For now, anything over 8 hours will be Overtime, so you have a chance to make a lot of extra income. Why Work Here? The position requires working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with an average of 45 to 55 hours per week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
