Facilities Project Manager

Responsibilities Perform increasingly complex technical duties related to the public agencies’ facilities construction program. Provide project coordination and management support for department activities and projects. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and files related to facilities planning and construction. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations. Review, analyze, and recommend professional services contracts and oversee facility planning and design contracts. Plan the renovation, modernization, and construction of public facilities. Assist in fiscal analysis, budgeting, invoicing, and payment requests related to facilities planning. Act as liaison between client personnel and outside agencies regarding planning requirements, schedules, and issues. Manage special projects as directed and maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Provide information to facilities management and recommend corrective actions for trends or problems. Assist in construction close‑out processes. Operate computers and assigned software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Bluebeam, CADD) to input data and develop reports. Represent the client at meetings, conferences, and governmental hearings; prepare and deliver oral presentations. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years experience in facilities management, construction project management, or engineering. Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED. Salary The salary range for this full‑time role is $84,400.00–$112,533.35 per year. Ranges are determined based on position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good‑faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
