THE ROLE

\n

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent as August Robotics continues to grow.

\n

\n

Based in our Las Vegas office, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across sales, strategy, operations, and G&A. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent, build candidate pipelines, and develop recruitment strategies that support our growing international business.

\n

\n

Core responsibilities include:

\n

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and hiring.
\n
• Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment plans.
\n
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
\n
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
\n
• Manage multiple open positions across different functions and geographic markets.
\n
• Build and improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies as the company scales.

You must have:

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
\n
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
\n
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work on-site at our Las Vegas office.
\n
