Fitness Coach

Alloy Personal Training is a premium personal training studio focused on helping adults 40+ become stronger, healthier and more confident through individualized training in a supportive small-group environment. At Alloy East Boca, we train a maximum of 6 clients per session, allowing our coaches to provide the attention and personal connection of personal training while creating the energy and community of a small group. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Part-Time Coach to join our growing team. PART-TIME COACHING ROLE As an Alloy Coach, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective and engaging training sessions while creating an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors. This position is about more than leading workouts. We want coaches who build relationships, understand their clients' goals and limitations, celebrate their progress and help keep them accountable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coach small-group personal training sessions with up to 6 clients Provide individualized exercise modifications and progressions based on each client's abilities and goals Deliver workouts according to Alloy's programming and coaching standards Prepare for sessions by reviewing client profiles, notes, injuries, limitations and previous performanceTrack client progress and maintain accurate training notes Provide proper instruction on exercise technique, movement quality, and equipment use Create an energetic, welcoming, and professional training environment Build strong relationships with members and contribute to member retention Assist with member accountability and communication as needed Maintain a clean, organized and safe studio Participate in team meetings, training and continuing education Support studio events and community initiatives when needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification preferred CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain Previous personal training or coaching experience REQUIRED Strong understanding of strength training, functional movement and exercise modification Confident coaching multiple clients with different abilities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, organized,and professional Comfortable working with adults 40+ and clients with varying fitness levels Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people succeed Team-oriented and open to feedback and continued development SCHEDULE This is a part-time position with potential for 15–25 hours per week , depending on availability and studio needs. Availability during early mornings, afternoons/evenings, and some Saturdays is required.
