POSITION SUMMARY
Offers recovery support in the community and on-site, provides mentorship, guidance, and emotional support to participants, drawing on lived experience to foster trust, and engagement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer one-on-one mentoring and facilitate support groups. Share lived experience to normalize challenges and encourage engagement. Assist participants in navigating services and building coping skills. Participate in program planning and outreach efforts.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
