Registered Nurse – Oncology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an oncology unit during night shift hours
• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and complications
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for oncology patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient treatment plans and outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 18 months of oncology nursing experience within the past 3 years
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience
• Chemotherapy certification
