Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Board-Certified Dermatologist to become a part of our team and deliver exceptional, personalized dermatological care. This role is perfect for a physician who excels in a cosmetic-focused, private-pay, and PPO environment, valuing quality over quantity.

This position provides a significant level of autonomy within a well-established practice, enabling you to cultivate and expand your own patient base while benefiting from an existing clientele in high demand in Beverly Hills.

The role includes a base salary complemented by a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure, offering substantial income potential for a driven, relationship-oriented physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dermatological care, including skin examinations, medical dermatology, and minor surgical procedures.
• Provide a concierge-level patient experience with an emphasis on personalization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Perform and/or develop expertise in cosmetic dermatology treatments tailored to patient interests and demands.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with a sophisticated and loyal patient base.
• Collaborate with a skilled in-house team of medical professionals, aestheticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical care, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Dermatology (mandatory).
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in private practice, cosmetic, or concierge dermatology is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment paired with an aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Active medical license in California.
