Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Advanced skills needed Med-surge experience preferred Description: We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for a rehabilitation setting. The facility provides a full continuum of post-acute care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, personalized care to help patients live fulfilling lives. Collaboration with caregivers and families is integral to our approach. The rehabilitation facility features 80 beds for acute rehabilitation. Programs address various conditions, including strokes and traumatic injuries. Services encompass physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 5-6. Certified nursing assistants are available for support on all shifts. Nurses have access to essential equipment such as IV pumps, feeding pumps, and specialty beds. Documentation is managed through a specific system. There is no floating policy; staff members are assigned to specific units. Candidates should be aware of the supportive work environment and beautiful location.
