Job Responsibilities
  • Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design personalized therapy strategies to aid in meeting their functional goals
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' physical skills, mental acuity, and daily activities
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and complete care
  • Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapeutic methods to support continued progress at home
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results, revising treatment plans as required to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Education Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and will be supported
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT certification is a must
