Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students from PreK through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist near Sheboygan, WI. With a manageable caseload of about 40 students and a typical workweek of 37.5 hours, you’ll play a vital role in helping each student thrive through skilled speech and language services.

Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Wisconsin
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide therapy, complete evaluations, and support students of varying ages and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students in PreK-12th grade
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success
• Adjust interventions to meet individual student needs throughout the coverage period
