Whatever your reason for joining us, know this, working with us makes a difference!Position Summary:Front End Leads support the Front End Manager in ensuring a great customer experience, the team is working effectively together, efficient and accurate sales transactions, and the department is organized and clean. They help customers, support and supervise staff, reconcile transactions, and ensure the area is safe, friendly, and inviting.Their main responsibilities include customer service and sales transactions, staff support and supervision (directing, coaching, and training), keeping things safe and healthy, ordering and organizing supplies, and helping to create a welcoming environment. This position also supports store operations in other departments as needed and appropriate.Location: 1500 West 7th, Saint Paul, MN 55102Schedule: 3 - 4 shifts per week. Shifts to include 7am - 3pm, 10am - 6pm and 1:30 - 9:30pm; Saturday and Sunday availability. Occasional positioning is required to access both low and high shelving, equipment, and products. The job also entails the frequent movement of containers weighing up to 50 lbs. Front End Leads utilize various equipment including but not limited to a computer, printer, and POS system. This role requires exchanging accurate information in person, over the phone, over the store loudspeakers, and through email and other written communication. Additionally, Front End Leads may be exposed to cleaning products and loud noises. This position requires an individual to be at least 18 years old.
