Field Marketing Manager

Leading the development and execution of full-funnel marketing programs, the remote Field Marketing Manager for AMER Government will drive demand within Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments in the Government sector by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. Key responsibilities Own and develop the AMER Government marketing strategy in partnership with sales and marketing counterparts Run high-touch events and executive experiences tailored to Government accounts to maximize brand exposure and generate pipeline Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance to align with the go-to-market strategy Required qualifications At least 6-7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, ABM, or demand generation, with 3+ years focused on Public Sector customers In-depth experience with marketing and sales funnels Strong program management and communication skills, with a proven track record across sales, marketing, and technology teams Fluency in marketing automation and CRM capabilities, with hands-on experience (Salesforce & Marketo preferred) A passion for metrics and data-driven decision-making
