Responsibilities

Join a close‑knit neonatology team in a warm, welcoming community nestled between Tampa and Orlando. Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our well‑established practice at Winter Haven Women’s Hospital , part of the nationally recognized BayCare Health System .

This role offers the perfect blend of clinical impact, lifestyle flexibility, and the support of one of the strongest neonatal networks in the country.

Position Highlights

• Practice at Winter Haven Women’s Hospital , a specialty hospital dedicated to women and newborns
• Busy 11‑bed Level II NICU
• 236 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 6
• Approx. 1,800 deliveries annually
• Work in a 2‑physician practice supported by skilled NNPs and the larger BayCare neonatology team in Tampa
• Attend all C‑sections and deliveries <34 weeks
• Flexible schedule with potential for every other week off
• Home call during service weeks for excellent work–life balance, must live in a 20 minute response radius
