Physical Therapist - Inpatient/Outpatient

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 5x8 hours (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position offers a supportive environment with a willingness to train new travelers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy services for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage a patient load of 8 patients per day during outpatient sessions.
• Implement effective treatment plans using Epic EMR for documentation.
• Support patients with acute care needs, rehabilitation after surgery, and chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapy and Respiratory Services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• EPIC experience is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to consider candidates with minor background hits.
• Candidates must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or request an exemption.
