Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for helping in all areas of the warehouse including receiving, order processing, shipping, pulling orders, doing inventory cycle counts, UPS Depot inventory, etc. Essential Functions:Creates maintenance and T&M sales ordersPerforms general warehouse/stockroom activities including: product receiving, order pulling from stock/depot, packaging and shipping, stock cycle counts, inventory transfersPerforms Same day shippingReplenishes stock for both warehouse and depotsPerforms Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request processing and trackingCommunicates with ISR's, NAMS and PM's, CSC ops (Techs, C/A, CSC management team)Tracks order shipmentsPerforms some purchasing for maintenance sales ordersAdditional Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Operates lift truck or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage areaAssists in labeling and packagingAssists with freight quotesOrganizes inventory and warehouseOrders warehouse suppliesPrepares shipper cartonsSets up and preps repair ordersInventory cycle counts and adjustments Assists inRequired QualificationsGood attendance is mandatoryWarehouse AssociateExperience in Inventory ManagementTeamworkTime ManagementJob KnowledgeTechnology/Systems KnowledgeContinuous LearningPunctualityAdaptation to AIMS and GPAccuracyMeeting Expectations/Production StandardsTimelinessJob KnowledgeAccountabilitySupervisory Responsibility None Travel Less than 10%
