Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality resident-centered care in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, senior living, hospice, and related settings.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care based on each resident's individual needs and care plan.Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns to providers and families as appropriate.Administer medications and treatments within applicable scope of practice.Coordinate care with caregivers, CNAs, providers, families, and other healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.Support comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.Follow infection prevention, safety, emergency, and regulatory requirements.Participate in care planning and transitions of care as applicable.QualificationsCurrent, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state(s).Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Current BLS/CPR certification, if required.Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, hospice, home health, or senior care is preferred.Strong communication, clinical judgment, compassion, and teamwork skills.BenefitsBenefits may include health, dental and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, holidays, and professional development, subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms.This is a great opportunity for a nursing professional looking to grow into a key leadership role while making a meaningful impact.
