Job SummaryResponsible for the cultivation and care of the golf grounds in Kiln Creek. This job will have you working outdoors in hot, cold, humid, wet, and snowy conditions.  Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk a considerable amount.  Hours of Operation Monday - Friday and every other weekend is required. Weekend shift is only 3 hours 6am-9am.6:00 am - 2:30 pm* Must have a valid Driver's license and be able to pass drug screening. Primary responsibility - perform grounds keeping- operate mowers, weedeaters, backpack blowers, and edgers. - Planting and watering flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes- shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling- sweep walkway of debris- cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger- trim shrubs and pull weeds- perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping- equipment operation- rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed- Working in sand traps This is a full time position and offers benefits.  We offer medical, dental, short and longer term disability, and paid time off.  Uniforms will be provided by the Club.  Experience with golf maintenance is desired but not required.    Village of Kiln Creek Owners Association is a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol facility. All candidates are subject to drug and alcohol testing. A valid driver's license and social security card must be presented.
