Hybrid CRE Loan Closings Specialist

Berkadia in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Loan Closing Specialist who supports Mortgage Bankers by reviewing application and rate lock documentation, ensuring Freddie Mac and Berkadia guidelines are met, and preparing commitments and rate locks. You will coordinate with Closers to monitor closing and pre-closing issues, and record data in OmniView. You will also manage post-closing files, assist with accounting tasks, and perform related administrative duties to support the Closing function. #J-18808-Ljbffr CRE Finance Council
