LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Data Entry/Purchasing Clerk role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position (hybrid after 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices (match invoice to receipts) and maintain aging
• Communicate with retail locations to confirm receipt and accuracy of incoming shipments

Experience

• Minimum one year of purchasing/customer service experience required

Skills/Knowledge

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills

Education

• High school diploma

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
• $18/hr.
