Radiation Therapist - Radiology Oncology

Radiation Therapist at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Under the direction of the Lead Radiation Therapist, Radiation Oncology Manager, Physicist, and Radiation Oncologists and with latitude for independent judgment, performs all the professional duties involved in coordinating, preparing and administering radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures within appropriate radiation safety practices. Acts in compliance with Federal, State, and Joint Commission standards. Performs duties under minimum supervision. Technologists. * Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or * Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
