Barista/Polisher

Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant, Bouchon, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food , beverage and hospitality to join the team as a Barista/ Polisher.  
 
In 2004, Chef Keller brought his award-winning bistro cuisine to the city of Las Vegas with Bouchon at The Venetian. As with the Yountville location, Bouchon showcases authentic, seasonally-driven French bistro fare and is set against interiors created by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany .  

Qualified candidates must have 1 year   previous service experience in a chef-driven environment. The Polsiher will p rovide friendly, efficient, and responsive service to ensure an unparalleled dining experience for all our guests, while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment and keeping all service stations/areas clean and organized at all times.
