Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote resident independence, mobility, and overall well-being
• Document resident progress, treatment plans, and any changes in their condition
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
