Overview Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Johnston, RI Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly Schedule Openings: Tuesday 4:00PM-9:00PM, Thursday 8:00AM-4:00PM, Saturday 4:00PM-9:00PM, Sunday 4:00PM-12:00AM Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 (Pro-rated for Part-Time) Excellent opportunity to join our dedicated and compassionate team at Cove Residential to help make a real difference in the lives of adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Role Description Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supervision and support to clients in our residential group home setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, Residential Assistant Manager, other DSPs, and more to support five male residents in the home. You will provide hands-on, person-centered, individualized care and support for our residents.
