We are seeking experienced, reliable, and professional Commercial Cleaners to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Proven and verifiable experience performing commercial cleaning services (required).
• Strong work ethic with a dependable attendance record.
• Professional conduct and the ability to interact respectfully with clients, coworkers, and the public.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, chemicals, and their safe use.
• Experience operating standard commercial cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor machines, auto scrubbers, and other janitorial equipment as applicable.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and supervisor instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass any required background screening.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain commercial facilities in accordance with company standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Clean restrooms, offices, common areas, break rooms, and other designated spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and replenish consumable supplies.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and chemical handling procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication at all times.
