You'll take the editorial lead on its award-winning publication that has been telling stories of faith and mission for more than a hundred years. The next step? Bringing that legacy into a * digital-first future without losing the voice, values, and purpose that have defined it.

What you'll Own
- Editorial strategy and production across web and print
- The evolution of *their publication *into a digital-first content platform

- Maintaining editorial standards and style guidelines
- Collaboration with storytelling, UX, creative, and organizational leadership
- Publication budgets and freelance resources
- Research, fact-checking, and content alignment
- Occasional travel for events and story-gathering assignments

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5–7 years of editorial, publishing, journalism, or comparable experience
- Strong editing, writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing publications, contributors, and editorial production
- Digital publishing experience and an understanding of how audiences consume content today
- Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail
- Personal alignment with our client's Christian faith, beliefs, values, and missionary purpose
- Experience within or familiarity with the client's denomination is strongly preferred
