Location: Brussels, Belgium Engagement Status: Freelance Contract for 12 months with possible extension Overview We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company and are seeking an Diversity & Inclusion Consultant to design and deliver inclusion and employee engagement programs. This role focuses on running global initiatives, supporting employee networks, and working closely with HR, Talent, and senior stakeholders to ensure inclusion activities are impactful, measurable, and compliant. Requirements Proven experience designing and delivering inclusion, DEI, or people‑focused programs Strong project management experience, including timelines, reporting, and risk management Experience working closely with HR, Talent, or People teams Ability to work confidently across regions and cultures in a matrix organisation Comfortable working with data, KPIs, surveys, and reporting on impact Experience reviewing content, communications, or programs for compliance and inclusivity Typically 5-8 years experience in inclusion, DEI, HR programs, employee engagement, or related areas Soft Skills Empathy and cultural awareness Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to handle sensitive topics professionally Collaborative and stakeholder‑focused approachConfident working in a matrix environment Hard Skills Program and project management Inclusion / DEI initiatives Stakeholder engagement Data analysis and reporting Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) #J-18808-Ljbffr
