We are seeking a high-energy Shipping Associate with strong critical thinking and counting skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyStack and wrap pallets for shipmentLoad trailers safely and securelyAssist with break pack operations as neededOperate industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift), if qualifiedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequired QualificationsExperience pulling orders, stacking pallets, and loading trailersAbility to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shiftPreferred QualificationsExperience in a distribution or manufacturing environmentExperience in break pack operationsExperience operating industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift)Fast-moving, energetic work styleStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Full health, dental, and vision insurance.401 kPaid HolidaysVacation PayEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee DiscountPlus more...Job Type: FULL-TIMEShifts Available:4:00 AM - 1:00 PM10:00 AM - 7:00 PMPay: $17-18/hr based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
