License: Client RN License. Certifications: AHA BLS. Must-Have: - Master's in education required. - Two years of Med/Surg experience. - Solid clinical background. Description: The role involves educating nursing staff within the inservice education unit. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs. A strong background in perioperative nursing is essential for this position. The position requires effective communication and organizational skills. The nurse educator will collaborate with clinical staff to enhance learning and improve patient outcomes. A commitment to continuous professional development is expected. The educator will stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in nursing education. This position aims to foster a supportive learning environment for nursing staff. The educator will assess learning needs and evaluate educational programs.
