Restaurant District Manager

District Manager – BurgerKing Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the activities of a multi‑unit retail sales team throughout a Florida territory. Provide leadership in employee relations, team building, and people management; communicate effectively with all levels of the organization verbally and in writing. Ensure proper staff training and development through a hands‑on approach and company resources. Offer superior guest relations through disciplined operating systems; train staff and create accountability to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards. Achieve controllable expenditures via budgets, P&L statements, business reviews, and performance metrics. Enforce safety, security and cash‑handling procedures. District Managers oversee 3–4 locations, act as hands‑on managers, and regularly communicate between store locations and corporate leadership. They lead by example to ensure standards are effectively communicated, implemented and measured. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service restaurants, retail, customer service, or related fields. Strong leadership qualities and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
