How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Caregiver Support: Partner with leaders as a clinical resource to improve patient outcomes. Identify strategic opportunities to enhance quality and safety metrics.

• Professional Growth: Collaborate on gap analyses to develop staff skills and competencies.

• Data Synthesis: Aggregate and interpret safety data to drive clinical practice improvements. Analyze clinical research to develop modern practice guidelines.

• Implementation: Lead Evidence-Based Practice projects and update clinical order sets.

• Clinical Mentor-ship: Conduct unit rounds focused on real-time coaching and staff development.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
