About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead a dynamic team and drive the narrative of its innovative solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the marketing strategy, coaching a team of exceptional marketers, and ensuring the company's voice is clear and compelling. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand, driving pipeline, and making a significant impact on the market. The VP of Marketing will be a hands-on leader, deeply connected to the work, and will be expected to jump into execution when necessary. A player-coach leadership style is essential, as is a focus on sales enablement, and the ability to build and maintain a brand that stands out in the industry. Candidates for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have 8-10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading full-stack teams and owning pipelines. The role requires a player-coach leadership style, with a strong emphasis on sales enablement and the ability to distill compelling narratives for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing to enterprise buyers, and experience in procurement, finance, or adjacent enterprise software is a plus. An AI-native, leverage-first mindset is also a key requirement, as the company is at the forefront of redefining how work gets done. The VP of Marketing will be expected to stay in the work, continuously sharpen the team's skills, and ensure that the company's marketing efforts are always ahead of the curve.
