A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an Information Technology Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees have the technology and support they need to be successful. You’ll: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner Document support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues Escalate urgent technical concerns when necessary Support new hire workstation setup and office equipment deployment Assist with internal desk moves and technology configuration Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance activities Maintain accurate equipment inventory and deployment readiness Stay current on system updates, changes, and best practices Collaborate with teammates to support a growing organization

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required: 2-4 years of Information Technology experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of computer hardware and software support Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must live within commuting distance of Medina, NY and be available to work onsite as needed Preferred: Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments Systems and network administration knowledge Experience working with service tickets and help desk requests Additional Expectations: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift Ability to identify root causes and recommend preventative solutions Strong customer service mindset when supporting internal users Participate in virtual or in-person interviews Complete pre-employment requirements, including: Background screening Employment verification Drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Velocitii
