Why This Role Matters

The Contracts Manager will lead our contracting strategy and execution. You will be responsible for negotiating complex agreements, mitigating risk, and ensuring our business operations are fully compliant across all contract types.

What You'll Do
•Lead the cradle-to-grave administration and negotiation of government and commercial contracts.
•Provide strategic guidance on contract structures, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
•Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, and prime contract modifications.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting officers and commercial clients.
•Develop and implement standardized contracting processes to scale with the company's growth.

Requirements

What You Bring
•Extensive experience with government contracting, with deep knowledge of FFP, CPFF, and T&M contract vehicles.
•Proven experience negotiating complex commercial contracts.
•Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and relevant regulatory frameworks.
•Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory language and translate it into actionable business strategy.
•Experience in a leadership or senior independent contributor capacity within a contracting team.

Bonus Points For
•Experience establishing a contract function within a high-growth environment.
•Certification (e.g., CPCM or CFCM).
•Experience supporting proposal development and pricing strategies.
