Registered Nurse

What You'll Do Conduct daily nursing appointments, assessments, and sick-call evaluations. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in patient condition. Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effectiveness and adverse reactions. Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely nursing interventions. Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and follow-up appointments. Implement provider orders accurately and efficiently. Care Coordination Coordinate laboratory testing and review follow-up results. Schedule and coordinate specialty care and off-site medical appointments. Manage telemedicine appointments and patient follow-up. Complete transfer screenings and required nursing assessments. Assist with discharge and release planning, including medications, follow-up appointments, and patient education. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation. Communicate patient status and changes with providers and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care. Support daily healthcare operations and perform additional nursing duties as needed. Qualifications Required Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Experience with medication administration and patient education. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
