Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students in an educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated professionals on the Satellite Programs, AFL, and Instructional Support Team. Work a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours per week, from 8 am to 3 pm each day, with a half-hour unpaid lunch, and help shape positive behavioral outcomes for students across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience delivering behavior analysis services within a school or educational environment, particularly with K-12 students
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement evidence-based intervention plans
• Familiarity with supporting students in both general education and specialized programs (such as AFL or satellite settings)
• Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing behavioral data
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with students, teachers, and other support staff
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted behavior intervention plans for individual students and groups
• Collaborate with the Instructional Support Team, teachers, and other specialists to provide best practices in behavior support
• Provide direct and consultative services to support the AFL and Satellite Programs
• Monitor, document, and adjust intervention strategies based on student progress
• Train and coach school staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies and data collection
• Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders, offering guidance on behavioral supports
• Stay current with professional developments and maintain BCBA credentials
