Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join an established and growing technology solutions organization with more than 40 years of industry experience.

This role is focused on new business acquisition and is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and helping businesses solve challenges through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery meetings and identify customer needs
• Present customized technology solutions and business value
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify future opportunities
• Partner with internal technical and service teams to ensure a strong customer experience
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and new business development experience
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Consultative approach to identifying customer needs
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close business
• Technology, IT, office equipment, or business services sales experience is a plus
