The Mission

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
Environment: 100% remote work opportunity

Requirements

Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
A genuine passion for improving the lives of others

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations remote medical or technical related role or a related field
Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel OneNote.

Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare insurance social work or mental health
Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
Proven success in remote customer facing role especially in complex high-volume environments
