We bring passion and humor to work with us every day.The preferred team member will be an energetic, organized and dependable individual with the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:3 years experience working with M&R automatic screen printing pressesKnowledge of all aspects of production: setting up/breaking down jobs, burning screens, reclaiming screens, mixing inks, etc.Requirements:Screen-Printing experience is preferred but not requiredReliable transportation and driver's licenseExcellent verbal & written communication skillsPositive attitude & team orientedStrong time management skills -- possess a great work ethicEmployee responsibilities consist of (but not limited to):Setup and register multi-color jobs including 4-color process, simulated process, etc.Follow strict QC standardsMaintain a clean & safe work environmentWork quickly and efficiently while producing high quality printsFollow written job instructionsWork Environment:Informal dress codeOpen/easy communication with managementExposure to prolonged heatMost importantly we need someone who can meet our production requirements by being goal oriented and maintain high quality with speed.Full-time: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm*Rate of pay dependent on experience of candidate.
