• 24hr in-house call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
• Approximately 15 patients per shift -- 3 admissions per shift
• Pulmonary critical care inpatient department
• Critical care required -- cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, trauma, burns
• PA catheter, IABP, temporary pacemaker, ICP management required
• Dialysis catheter placement required
• Approximately one week per month -- ongoing block coverage
