Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current required certifications completed prior to start
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to rehabilitation patients
- Monitor patient conditions, assess progress, and respond to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support recovery and functional improvement
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Promote a safe, supportive, and healing environment for patients and families
