Product Support Specialist

Job Description

Provides support to Product Support activities including:

• Support to development of program/project Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs).
• Support to Earned Value.
• Support to the establishment of metrics (both internal and external facing).
• Support to Integrated Logistics Support Managers in the execution of Product Support Management activities (e.g. meeting scheduling, minutes development, action item tracking).

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Intermediate experience with the MS Office suite of products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Intermediate experience with MS Project.
• Experience with MS Visio preferred.
• Solid understanding (and beginner experience) of Earned Value.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Expert-level experience with MS Office products.
• Expert MS Project user.
• Intermediate MS Visio user.
• Significant experience with Earned Value.
• Progressing towards Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with typical development processes associates with logistics products (provisioning, technical manuals, packaging, training).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
