What we are looking for in a Special Systems Technician:

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including switches, firewalls, LAN, and WAN environments
• Familiarity with phone systems, including switches, firewalls, LAN, and WAN environments
• Strong resourcefulness and a knack for creative problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and positive demeanor
• Proven track record in high-traffic, customer-focused environments
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond expectations
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a variety of applications, tools, and services
• Consistently demonstrates professionalism in both attitude and appearance
• Awareness of team dynamics and how changes may impact colleagues and customers
  

What our Low Voltage Cabling Technician's do:

• Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or on-site
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business phone and VoIP systems.
• Install, change, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment
  
• Keep accurate inventory records and documentation for all work performed
• Use our incident management system to track service requests, troubleshooting steps, and communications
• Follow established network and security protocols—and provide feedback to improve them
• Immediately report any potential threats or security concerns to senior staff
• Collaborate with vendors and senior team members to troubleshoot issues or source new equipment
• Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices, both independently and with guidance from senior staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every step, especially in fast-paced settings
• Gather information, diagnose issues, conduct research, and confirm service resolution directly with customers
• Recognize when issues require escalation or referral to another team member and act accordingly
• Share customer feedback and suggestions with internal teams to drive improvement
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements to our procedures and processes
