Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT/RVS) - Outpatient Vein Clinic.

We are a private practice that treats only vein disease, led by a board-certified vascular surgeon. You'll be based in our brand-new Hermitage office with coverage days at our Nashville location, scanning the same patients from diagnosis through treatment and working directly with the surgeon and our nurse practitioner. You will never take hospital call again.

• Monday–Thursday full days, Friday until noon
• No call, no weekends, no holidays, no hospital rotations

• Lower-extremity venous reflux and DVT duplex studies (upper extremity occasionally)
• Pre- and post-procedure mapping and follow-up scans
• Room patients, prep the leg, and assist the surgeon during RFA, Varithena, phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy. The surgeon runs his own ultrasound guidance; your role in the procedure room is patient care and setup, not the probe.
• Document in eClinicalWorks and communicate findings directly to the provider
• Maintain equipment and image-quality standards
• Build real relationships with patients you'll see across multiple visits

• RVT or RVS credential required; RDMS with vascular experience or RVT-eligible (registry within 12 months) considered
• Venous insufficiency or vein-clinic experience is a strong plus. If your background is general vascular or hospital-based, we'll train you on the venous specifics.
• Personable with patients, precise with imaging, comfortable in a small, tight team

• $45–$55/hr based on credential and experience
• $5,000 first-year retention bonus, paid at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months
• $1,500/year CME and registry-renewal allowance
• 24 days of PTO per year (prorated to schedule)
